Looking for a unique experience to share with family and friends this holiday season in Encinitas? Join Jeny of Zen Soul Balance on the last Saturday of 2023 for a 60-minute sound bath to gain clarity and set your intentions for the New Year ahead.
Sound Bath Meditation
This experience will begin with a guided meditation focused on gratitude, infused with the tranquil sounds and healing vibrations where you will be bathed in sound waves produced by various instruments including alchemy crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, and chimes. Held in the beautiful temple, Sacred Sound of The Soul, where you will be surrounded by hundreds of crystals chosen for their healing properties. If you feel called to explore any of these Crystal Tones alchemy singing bowls after the session ends, Jeny will be available to assist.

This is beginner friendly, open to all levels and no experience necessary!

Bring a yoga mat and any other props for comfort such as a blanket, bolster (or cushion) and eye cover. Limited loaner props available.
