Sound Bath & Ear Seed Acupressure: Rady Children’s Hospital Fundraiser
Join Jeny Dawson of Zen Soul Balance and Dr. Nicolette of Om Kinetics at Life Time La Jolla for a deeply restorative 90-minute sound bath with ear seed acupressure. This session helps regulate the nervous system, relieve stress, support emotional balance, and promote grounding and resilience.
Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, drums, gongs, and other healing instruments. Enjoy a gentle, non-invasive ear seed acupressure technique that stimulates points on the ear connected to the nervous system and internal organs.

Open to both gym members and the general public, this beginner-friendly session requires no prior experience. Relax in the beautiful facilities at Life Time La Jolla while nurturing your mind and body.
What to Bring:
- A valid photo ID for check-in.
- All mats, towels, blankets, and bolsters will be provided by Life Time.
Exclusive Access: Guests are welcome to enjoy the showers, sauna, and steam room after the event.

- Location: Parking garage at 1055 Wall Street
- Validation: Members and guests receive 3 hours of complimentary validated parking.
- How to Validate: Bring your parking ticket to the front desk inside the club for validation. Tickets cannot be validated at the garage pay station.
