Moment of Alignment | Sound Healing in La Jolla
Join Jeny, founder of Zen Soul Balance, and talented musician Grace Jackson at Life Time La Jolla on November 11 for a transformative Moment of Alignment—an immersive wellness experience combining intention setting, guided meditation, gentle movement, breathwork, and the restorative power of sound healing.
Designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and create space for what’s next, this special experience invites you to pause from the demands of everyday life and realign your mind, body, and energy.
Through a thoughtfully curated journey of meditation, movement, sound, and music, you’ll be guided inward to connect with your intentions and welcome the next chapter of your life with greater clarity, presence, and purpose.
The Experience
Your experience will include:
- Welcome & Intention Cards: Begin by arriving, grounding yourself, and connecting with your personal intentions for the experience.
- Guided Meditation & Live Piano: Settle into a calming guided meditation led by Jeny, accompanied by the beautiful live piano melodies of Grace Jackson.
- 11:11 Intention Setting: In honor of 11/11, you’ll be invited to write 11 intentions for the next chapter of your life, creating space to reflect on what you wish to invite, cultivate, and align with.
- Breathwork & Gentle Yoga: Experience a guided practice designed to connect mind and body, release tension, and bring you into a deeper state of presence.
- Immersive Sound Bath: Relax into a restorative sound healing journey featuring crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and drums, thoughtfully woven together with live piano and vocals.
