Full Moon Sound Bath | Encinitas

Join Jeny Dawson of Zen Soul Balance at Sacred Sound of the Soul for a Full Moon Sound Healing ceremony in honor of May’s “Flower Moon”. Every full moon is an invitation to let go. To look at what we have been growing in our lives, hearts, and minds, and weed what’s no longer serving us. It’s a time to think about completion, the end of a cycle, and to release what’s no longer needed.

Sound Meditation Ceremony

This 60-minute sound bath is infused with the tranquil sounds and healing vibrations where you will be bathed in sound waves produced by various instruments including alchemy crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, and chimes. Held in the beautiful Crystal Tones Temple of Encinitas, CA, space is limited for an intimate and sacred experience. You will be surrounded by hundreds of crystals chosen for their healing properties, and if you feel called to explore any of these alchemy singing bowls after the session ends, Jeny will be available to assist.

This is beginner friendly, open to all levels and no experience necessary!

Bring a yoga mat and any other props for comfort such as a blanket, bolster (or cushion) and eye cover. Limited loaner props available.
