Self-Love Sound Bath

Valentine’s Day often comes with a lot of pressure and expectation about what the day should look like. We have been conditioned to look outside of ourselves for all of the important things in life, particularly, pure unconditional love. This year, instead of relying on any outer circumstance or person to dictate and determine the course of your day, consider putting your energy into the relationship that you have with yourself. Treat yourself to a healing sound bath and bask in the array of musical tones to cultivate your own steady source of love.

Sound Baths utilize frequency, vibration and stillness to create a meditative and relaxing space that promotes a sense of calm and peace through crystal & brass singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes and more.

This sound journey will enable you to enter a deep, alpha-theta brainwave state, in which healing is stimulated at the cellular level; a therapeutic and transformational experience.

Never underestimate the power and value in nurturing the relationship that you have with yourself. Self-love breeds confidence, success and joy within you. With it comes the great power to breathe light into every corner of your life, and is the key to creating healthy and lasting relationships with others. These sound healing sessions will be led by Jeny Dawson and Bruce Reeves of Zen Soul Balance at Riffs Yoga Studios in Bird Rock, San Diego.

Participants will be spaced 6 feet away from all others with limited mats allowed on the deck and two separate sessions offered. Infrared heaters will be turned on.

*Please note – attendees must bring personal yoga mat, blanket, eye pillow and any other props for comfort.
